Hiring from the district, and promoting from within
Most of the team is from Narayanganj, and several of the leads started in seasonal or entry-level roles on the property.
Ride operators train into safety roles. Front desk associates move into reservations. The pool team produces the head lifeguard. That is not a policy so much as a consequence of being a property with a lot of different jobs on one site — people move sideways before they move out.
Anyone on the operational team can raise a safety concern directly with the Head of Safety, without going through their manager. It is the one route up the organisation that deliberately skips a level.
